Home to construction material under one roof, Mahaveer Group was instrumental in introducing the concept of supplying wet concrete produced from ready mix concrete plants. Parashwanath Distributors a division of Mahaveer Group is the sole distributor for ACC for their cement trading and steel trading mainly TMT Reinforcemed steel. The company owns and operates over a 100 transit mixers for prestigious clients such as Ultratech RMC plant under long term contractual agreement.
Mahaveer Group has also set up its own state of the art workshop on the busy Mysore Road, Bangalore, to undertake complete repair and maintenance of all Fleets and machinery, under the leadership of Mr. Chetan Bohra, the eldest son of the founder and an automobile aficionado.Mahaveer Group now is the proud owner of over 100 Transit Mixers with a presence in all major ready mix concrete businesses of the city. Mahaveer is the main cement bulk movers for Ultratech Cements and transports 80% of their production across the country in the name of Alsinghani Group based in Mumbai. Company is owning ------Bulkers and ----- Trucks.
In 2009 his second Son Mr. Nikhil Bohra an MBA in Finance entered into family business and bought total professionalism into the business.
In 2012, Mahaveer Group under the directions of Mr. Nikhil Bohra ventured into mining through acquisition of a quarry - 25 Acres land in the name of SRINIDHI MINES near Chickballapur in collaboration with Ultratech and installed 200MT/hr. Crusher of TEREX of USA for exclusive supply of Aggregates & M-Sand (CSS)
In 2015 Mr. Nikhil took over complete ownership of quarry & crusher and established more than 100 customers associated mainly with all the reputed builders and contractors.
In the year 2019 the group ventured into ready mix concrete business in collaboration with ACC by setting up 60M3 plant of Schwing Stetter. It is now successfully catering to all customers in the western part of the city.
